Terms of Service Bella-Anime AI Friend

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bella-Anime AI Friend regarding your use of the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides AI character chat experiences inspired by anime personas. Content generated by AI may be automated, synthetic, or incomplete. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental/guardian consent to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law).

4. Children’s Use

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us at [email protected] so we can promptly delete it. Where parental consent is required, we will request verifiable consent before enabling features for minors.

5. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI outputs. Do not rely on AI content for professional, medical, legal, or safety-critical advice.

9. Payments (If Applicable)

Some features may be provided via subscriptions or in-app purchases. Prices, taxes, and refund eligibility are subject to platform terms and local regulations.

10. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time:

• In-app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the instructions.
• Or email us at [email protected] from your registered email with the subject "Delete My Account".

Upon a valid request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements. Backups may take up to 90 days to be purged.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. We may also discontinue the Service at our discretion.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bella-Anime AI Friend and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
